Omni Tempe Hotel At Asu

We appreciated this stay. All in all, it was nice comfy base for traveling to Tempe.

Deluxe accommodation with great location in the middle of jackson. Central heating, a private safe, and pay TV available in the deluxe room. Well-equipped bathroom with a bathtub. Very helpful staff at all times.

Great location near ASU, but paid wi-fi was disappointing for a new hotel.

Couples seeking a cozy retreat

The room was gorgeous, cozy bed with feather type pillows, great location to shopping and food. I loved the waterfall shower, it's like a spa experience right in your room.

Wasn't exactly cheap, but still within the realm of acceptable.

I loved the comfortable rooms and the delicious chicken tacos, but valet fees were a surprise. a solid stay.

I spent 1 night in a Beautiful Room with a King bed at the Omni Tempe Hotel, and the experience had its ups and downs. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had a stylish mid-century modern design, which I really appreciated. Room service delivered excellent food and the rooftop bar offered great views. The ice machine on my floor was broken, and although the concierge promised to bring ice to my room, it was a bit inconvenient. I noticed the pool deck could use more umbrellas. Valet parking was efficient, but it's an extra cost on top of the room rate. These minor issues, I enjoyed my time at the hotel and would consider returning for another stay.

Great location and attentive staff!

Had a fantastic 3-night stay in a spacious room with great amenities like the relaxing rooftop bar and the beautiful pool area. I loved unwinding at the sun terrace and sipping drinks while enjoying the view. The only hiccup was a long wait at the smaller café on the first floor, but it didn't take away from my experience at all! 🌅

Does it deliver?

The modern decor and cute atmosphere. Friendly staff, especially McKenzie, were really nice too make our special occasion nice.

Regrettably, I encountered significant noise issues from neighboring rooms. The unexpected $39 valet fee added to the overall cost of my stay.

Noise from traffic and nearby airport disrupted sleep, and housekeeping service was lacking.

The Beautiful Room with 2 Queen Beds was pretty comfy and spacious, a nice surprise. The beds felt great for a good night's sleep. I liked the modern decor too, it. Just a heads up, sometimes I could hear noise from outside, a bit distracting at night. A solid stay!
